Q: When can I expect my item to be delivered?

A: The average order fulfillment takes 2-5 business days. The estimated delivery time 3-5 business days. Due to some products being in high demand, please place order in a timely manner as there may be a slight delay in shipping. Nonetheless, Educated Grad works hard to meet delivery estimates with each order. 

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

A: Negative. Educated Grad cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Q: HELP! I never got my order confirmation!

A: After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This confirmation is sent after an order is placed. If you do not receive it, please email us at support@theeducatedgrad.com and let us know you did not receive the confirmation email. Be sure to provide your full name, email address, street address used in the order as well as the order number and order date.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: A new order can be cancelled or changed if the production process has not yet begun. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service department before your order begins processing. Once it has been processed, you can no longer make any changes. You can reach us Monday-Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. PST at support@theeducatedgrad.com.

Q: Has my order been shipped?

A: After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us confirming the shipment. If you feel your order has not been received in the proper timeframe, please contact support@theeducatedgrad.com. We kindly ask that you let us know no later than two (2) weeks after ordering.
